JuneSLOANand family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their messages of sympathy, cards of condolence, beautiful floral tributes and very generous donations to "Diabetes UK" on their recent sad loss of Sam. Thanks also to Aintree, Broadgreen and Southport hospitals, Dr Taggart-Jeewa and Staff, district nurses, palliative care and everyone else who helped Sam during his long illness.
